Do you test your products on animals?
No. We have never tested on animals and are strongly against it in all its forms. Each of our formulations, their relative ingredients are cruelty-free and as a company we comply with all current EU cosmetic directives, including those that prohibit cosmetic products being tested on animals. We also avoid supplying markets outside the EU where animal testing is mandatory.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes. All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. We use only one cruelty-free animal-based by-product ingredient in some of our products (beeswax).

Can Cerberus supply products which aren't listed on the website?
In partnership with our spa partners, we are always developing new products for their treatments. There are many products we manufacture which aren't listed on this website. If you are a spa or wellness resort and have a specific project/product in mind then please get in touch to discuss this with one of our representatives. It is likely we have a solution for your requirements!

Do you offer delivery on weekends?
Some smaller items that are delivered by Royal Mail may arrive on a Saturday; however, larger orders are ordinarily limited to weekdays unless you select our Saturday delivery option when placing your order. In some special circumstances we can offer a Sunday delivery service, provided you call to discuss this with us prior to placing your order and we have enough time to get the order out. This will likely result in an extra delivery charge which we can discuss at the time.
