Our Cerberus Beauty products currently ship internationally. Please find some further information regarding delivery options below. All orders are delivered by courier so a signature will be required. 

Delivering to the UK
Standard (3-5 working days) - Complimentary Standard Delivery on all orders over £40.
Next Day* (1 working day** Order before 11am Monday to Thursday**)
Saturday (order before 11am Friday**)

*24 hour delivery is not available to the Channel Islands, the Highlands and the Islands of Scotland.
**Deliveries can sometimes be affected by weather conditions. Orders must be placed by 11am on Thursday if Friday is a Bank Holiday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed for delivery on the next working day and delivered according to your requested method when placing the order.

Duties
Depending on where you reside, your order could be subject to duties and taxes relating to imports. These duties and taxes are levied once your order reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is payable by the recipient. Customs policies vary significantly from country to country, so we would advise you to contact your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Cerberus Beauty purchase. If for any reason you would like to return your order, please contact us.

Returns
We can accept all unopened and undamaged products that are returned to us within 30 days of original delivery in their original packaging and issue a refund or exchange for a product of the same value.

Damaged Items
if the goods you receive are damaged or fault in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange for items of the same value provided they are returned to us within 30 days of their original delivery.

Nobody At Home For Delivery
If an item is returned to us because nobody was available to sign for it/receive delivery a delivery surcharge will be applied to the order.

When returning your products, please make sure you include the order number along with the product in all original packaging, wrapping and any tamper seals intact. Please also include a brief note stating why you have returned the item.

Can I return an item I purchased in a department store/spa?
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returned for purchases made within a partnered spa or retail location.

Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at one of our partner spas or retail locations.

Once your item is received by us and it meets the criteria above, we will apply a refund. This will be made back to the card you used to make your purchase. This will appear in your account within 14 working days.
